Change-of-mind cancellations

If you bought online, you may cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You do not have to give a reason. After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To cancel or request a return, email support@kukirinmobility.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending a scooter. Scooters are bulky items with lithium batteries and need an appropriate carrier and packaging.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise. Return costs depend on your postcode and the carrier; contact us before placing your order if you would like an estimate. Do not arrange or pay for a collection until we have confirmed the route and cost with you.

Please take reasonable care of the goods while deciding whether to keep them. You may handle them as you would in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary. Please include all supplied parts and accessories and package the goods securely.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, or evidence that you have sent them back, we will issue any refund due within 14 days, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. As our standard UK delivery is free, there is normally no delivery charge to refund.

Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, contact us at support@kukirinmobility.co.uk with your order number and details. We will assess the issue and explain the available remedy under applicable consumer law. We will not charge you the cost of returning goods where the return is due to a fault or our error; contact us first so we can arrange an appropriate return or collection.
