About these terms

These terms apply when you browse or place an order through kukirinmobility.co.uk. The seller is KUKIRIN GLOBAL LIMITED. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Orders

Product listings and prices are invitations to purchase. When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected products. We will send an order acknowledgement; a contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for it.

Please check your order, delivery address and contact details before submitting it. Contact us promptly if you identify an error. We may contact you using the details supplied with your order to discuss fulfilment or support.

Products and availability

We aim to describe and show products accurately. Images are illustrative and minor variations in colour, finish or packaging may occur. Product performance figures are manufacturer estimates and can vary with rider weight, terrain, temperature, riding style, battery condition and other conditions. Always review the specifications and safety information shown on the relevant product page and supplied with the product.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). The price and any applicable taxes or delivery charges for your order will be displayed before you submit payment. Payment must be authorised using a payment method offered at checkout.

Delivery

Our delivery arrangements, current delivery estimates and service-area information are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. If a delay occurs, please contact us so we can help.

Returns and faulty goods

Our cancellation, return and refund arrangements are described in our Refund and Returns Policy. Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract remain unaffected.

Use and safety

You are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with the supplied instructions and laws that apply where you use them. Check current local rules before riding an electric scooter on public roads, pavements or other public places.
